Get answers to common questions about Full body Wax.
Results typically last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth, hormones, and genetics. With regular waxing regimens hair often grows back finer and sparser. We recommend scheduling maintenance every four to six weeks for best, consistently smooth results.
Before your Full body Wax, allow hair to be about a quarter-inch long, avoid exfoliation or harsh skincare the day of, and skip heavy lotions. Arrive freshly showered and communicate medications, pregnancy, or skin concerns to your esthetician during booking.
Sensitivity varies by person, but discomfort is brief and manageable. Our estheticians use professional techniques to minimize pain, offer topical numbing upon request, and provide breathing tips. Regular waxing also reduces sensitivity over time as hair grows back finer.
Yes—many clients with sensitive skin can receive Full body Wax using hypoallergenic waxes and extra-care techniques. We perform a patch test if you have known allergies and recommend discussing medications or skin conditions before treatment for a safe, tailored approach.
Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, and sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours. Apply soothing aloe or fragrance-free lotion, wear loose clothing, and gently exfoliate after 48-72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth results.
For best results hair should be approximately one-quarter inch (about six millimeters). Too-short hair won’t grip well, and overly long hair can be more painful. We can trim longer hair before waxing to ensure comfortable, effective removal.
