Get answers to common questions about One Area on body.
The One Area on body treatment is a focused 30-minute session including brief consultation and preparation. Expect about half an hour of targeted wood therapy plus a short aftercare review. Add-ons or extensive prep could extend your appointment slightly.
Most clients notice smoother texture, reduced puffiness, and improved contour in the treated area after one session. Results vary by skin type and condition; a personalized plan will outline whether follow-up sessions are recommended for lasting improvement.
One session delivers noticeable short-term improvement, but permanent change typically requires a series depending on tissue condition and goals. Your therapist will assess progress and recommend intervals for maintenance or additional sessions to achieve and sustain desired results.
Common target zones include abdomen, thighs, hips, buttocks, arms, and flanks. If you have a specific problem area in mind, discuss it during booking so we can tailor the 30-minute session to maximize effectiveness in that zone.
Avoid heavy exercise, sun exposure, and topical irritants 24–48 hours before your appointment. Arrive with clean, product-free skin; wear comfortable clothing. Inform us of medications or recent treatments to ensure a safe and effective One Area on body session.
Contraindications include active infection, open wounds, recent surgery, severe varicose veins, uncontrolled diabetes, or certain skin conditions. Pregnant clients should consult their physician. A pre-treatment consultation identifies any risks and adapts the service or suggests alternatives.
